My Approach
My approach is practical, non-judgmental, and designed for real-world healthcare. With over 25 years of clinical experience and extensive regulatory leadership, I focus on strengthening clear communication, sound clinical judgment, defensible documentation, strong professional boundaries, and regulatory compliance.
My courses provide clear frameworks, checklists, and tools that translate regulatory expectations into real-world clinical application—enabling healthcare providers to confidently integrate compliance into everyday practice. Whether addressing a current concern or proactively strengthening their practice, my goal is to simplify complexity and support practitioners in working in alignment with regulatory standards, with greater confidence, clarity, and long-term professional security.
